What is the best exercise for a flat tummy...

Handstands! Do not stop reading cause you won't need to start on your hands...

Vertical Pole gymnastics has a huge range of Handstand variations and the pole offers stability while practicing your form and strengthening up.

A Triangle Forearm or Headstand up against a wall, are all great ways to start.

Once mastered, Handstands have wonderful floaty feeling and insure abs of steel, so worth the hurdles and practice it takes to get there!

Balance is the key to core strength.

Do some research prior to starting - Be wary of correct hands, elbow and arm set ups and correct head placements.

Here are some Handstand tips...

      1. Think of your hands/arm placements as, the foundation therefore must be perfectly aligned.
      2. To build or stack, your shoulders and hips, over the foundation, you must be looking at the foundation.
      3. Point your toes and keep feet/heels together to finish in a Dish gymnastics body shape.
The pole is an amazing balance aid and after choosing an arm foundation/style, I recommend Triangle or/& Straddle Leg Entrance to start practicing.

Did you see Got To Dance UK Reload gave the male pole gymnast 3 gold stars...

How do they compare dance skills, to gymnastic apparatus movements?

The fact they allowed vertical pole to be on a dance show is simply unfair.

He started with a dramatic, No Handed Yoga Sit Pole Mount and froze another pole exercise set up, in time to the next music break however he didn't include any 'dance'...

He did demonstrate some great vertical pole gymnastic skills but the next female dancer executes a sequence of floor flips, that are much harder!

Plus that same dance groups timing was amazing and the natural body elevation achieved, when doing synchronized jumps up off the floor was simply not comparable!

Comparing dance to pole gymnastics is like comparing apple to oranges; both are a form of human movement but not the same category or style. 

Pole Gymnastics is commonly mistaken for pole dancing because it's often mixed together e.g. Pole dancing is actually 'dance' mixed together with pole gymnastics x;)

I find it hard to understand their Judging methods, when allowing other movement categories (especially that include apparatus) onto a dance show.

I can see why +Ashley Judd, Kimberly or Allen Did Not pick the male "pole dancer" for their teams, when faced with truly having to judge the dancing elements and therefore finding themselves comparing a pole gymnast to a floor dancer... Apple to Oranges!?

It's imperative to be aware of who owns what trademark, prior to starting a new business or you will be risking not just your reputation... 

Legal costs, advertising expenses, loss of all existing marketing materials and correcting this common mistake, wastes precious business time. 

Trademark and copyright ownership's are not always well advertised and when in violation.. All costs incurred, are paid by you, the violator!

IP & Trademark ownership is individual to each country on a first in, first served basis and has nothing to do with purchasing URL's or your Business Name Registration.

Steph Magiros displays beautiful Pole Fitness progression!

Olympic Gymnast Champion Stephanie Magiros ripped up the pole in our climbing session this week...

Mastering all 7 pole climbing styles offered, even the advanced Umbrella Climb and was Spinning with ease; as displayed in this picture showing her in a No Handed Body Wrap Carousel.

There was a small change she made, that did make a big difference... Pole Gloves!

Taking the edge off, for the many Poler's out there, who have excessive sweaty hand issues

Pole Fitness Studios and Steph Magiros highly recommend to use the patent leather gloves (shiny not flat finish) for best sticking performance.

For excessive sweaty feet issues, I recommend Dry Hands lightly rubbed on the pole.

A small amount of Dry hands is fantastic on your hands, back of knees and inside elbows to enhance stick and Pole Fitness performance.

However pole enhancement products or gloves do not compensate for correct technique and perfect form. 

Making me extremely proud of Steph's excellent vertical pole gymnastics progression this week!
